LETS CLARIFY ...PMCM INVESTOR QUESTIONS? please read and if you have questions feel free to post a comment.

Suzie Q's is a MMJ collective garden. Its been around for years in this community and it will stay around the Seattle area.

Suzie Herself is applying for a  recreational "grow" license, not a "retail" recreational license.

>>> its to grow weed and produce a product for the retail stores.

I'm still dealing with the liquor control board on my license its a slow process. There is no set date on when that will be wrapped up, I'm working as fast as I can. It takes time.

My business name for this is Puget Power Co.  NOT  Suzie Qs.
Suzie Qs will stay medical and the brand will be expanded in to more locations.

  4. Because I started Suzie Q's and have been doing it for some time, I decided to put it up for sale. With a employment contract PMCM is buying Suzie Qs.

    I'll still be here.
I'm a one women show over here. I do the gardening, the inventory, all marketing, all the business stuff related to owning a business, I get all the supplies, I help patients, I provide excellent customer service,
I do all the vending, answer the phones, answer emails, I blog.... the list go's on and on. I do it all.
My point is that it will be nice to not have all that stress on MY shoulders. There will be others that will play a key role to the success of Suzie Q's. We will all have our roles in the business.

    >>>>Its a good thing for the patients. I get to stay on and help run everything. The quality will still be there, it will just be better.

    Furthermore,
Suzie Q's is not Puget Power Co. (Obviously)

Puget Power Co. is a business I've created to grow for the state of Washington and has nothing to do with Suzie Q's. I fund and take responsibility for that business. I'm working on getting a license, I don't have a time frame for anyone.
If?, in the future I sell that business, once its up and going.. just like I started Suzie Q's and I'm selling it. It's a option... but that's not now .. Right now I'm focused on Selling Suzie Q's. I'm working on my license for the state. I'm tryn to get Puget Power Co up and going as a business. In Starting up a new business,it takes time and energy. Allllllot of energy.
    Ya, That's where I'm at.. that's whats I'm doing. :)
    hope that answered your questions...

    Suzie

    1. Then why did PMCM mention Puget Power in there 10-Q? Those 2 words have no business in that statement if that is the case.

Asset purchase agreement with Susie Q and Puget Power Co LLC

On March 7, 2014, the Company entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with xxxxxxxxxxxx, the owner of Suzie Q’s NPO and Puget Power CO LLC, which is located at ...........the Agreement calls for the purchase of 100% of the assets

  5. Thanks,Suzie. Can you friend me on Facebook..please.:-) I also don't understand why pmcm has been so quiet lately especially now that Washington State just went recreational.By all means I'm not bashing cause I'm holding shares and I ..know pmcm said they plan to stay medical I guess.I just don't understand that one and also you would think Washington would just let the medical shops sell to anyone without a prescription.Guess time will tell.I've been around the buisness for a loooonnnggg time.If you need help,I know everything.Just saying.Friend me on Facebook.

I think we can collectively, as share holders, work together on this. If interested, and I expect you are, we should talk.

  8. Hi Suzie. I think you have done a great job!
I recommended to management this book: "Crush it!" by gary Vaynerchuk, get it on amazon. A few years from now, if management does it right, you will look back I see a great branded boutique program. I would love to buy a coffee mug with the logo on it! In the meantime, have fun, and read the book.
