Today I made the first payment to the new contractor and electrician to finish the buildings needs.

I'll have more info soon on when the construction will resume.
Its always a little unsettling  giving up thousands of your hard earned dollars to others to do a job for you.

But I did.
and...

This Building is going to be so freak awesome when its all said in done. It will be my vision finally complete.

update on construction 8/5/14

I've been going in so many directions lately. Curve balls, weaves and dips seem to be the "Norm"  lately.
I'm still here..lol..

I hired a new contractor and fired the last one due to him not doing his job properly. One thing I cant stand is incompetency. If you are hired for a specific job. do the job right.

That being said, I'm facilitating all this and getn it done right.
I have a electrician coming in tomorrow to give a quote on our building.
In the next few weeks I hope to be finished with this building... at least with the build to code, per city.

Thanks for reading,

Suzie

LETS CLARIFY ...PMCM INVESTOR QUESTIONS? please read and if you have questions feel free to post a comment.

Suzie Q's is a MMJ collective garden. Its been around for years in this community and it will stay around the Seattle area.

Suzie Herself is applying for a  recreational "grow" license, not a "retail" recreational license.

>>> its to grow weed and produce a product for the retail stores.

I'm still dealing with the liquor control board on my license its a slow process. There is no set date on when that will be wrapped up, I'm working as fast as I can. It takes time.

My business name for this is Puget Power Co.  NOT  Suzie Qs.
Suzie Qs will stay medical and the brand will be expanded in to more locations.

Caramels 3 dollars and I suggest you only eat half

Notice the chunks of concentrates in the first picture? These are a great tasting treat for a sunny Tuesday afternoon. At 3 bucks each everyone can afford to treat themselves to one of these. Enjoy!

Suzie,
